The LCMS Council was formed in November of 2000 as the LCMS Vendor Council. We recently dropped the word "Vendor" from our name as part of our effort to broaden our scope and influence. Our goal for this web site is to be a resource for locating existing knowledge about Learning Content Management Systems and to encourage investigation and discussion of issues concerning the future of the development and delivery of learning content.
